My path to experience design started long before the studio. From producing a runway show in retail and creating theme team celebrations, to supporting employee events, recognition moments, and seasonal experiences in corporate environments, I've always been drawn to the way thoughtful details can shape how people feel.

 

Today, Brittany Lily Martin Studio brings that instinct together with my background in strategy, operations, and project execution — creating intentional environments that feel personal, polished, and memorable.
